The Millet Special has literally changed my life! I have been gluten/wheat free for almost 20 years and have never been satisfied with the overly processed, cardboard-like GF breads out there. Despite my strong gluten sensitivity, this millet bread doesn’t give me any stomach issues and it’s just wonderful to eat bread that actually tastes good again after all these years. It’s especially delicious as French Toast and grilled cheese. I just wish the Deland would distribute to locations here in NY so I didn’t need to pay such huge shipping fees! Hope this happens soon.

Love this bread and specially order it from Florida. It is the most clean and basic receipts and very light. Amazing for sandwiches. I just toast it less than wheat bread to make sure it does not get too stiff.

Millet Special Bread is one of my familie’s favorites. It is light and delicious. We order the breads, pizza crusts, rolls and bagels and freeze them. Then just pop in the toaster or defrost on the counter and we have great selections for all our meals. This particular bread is great for all sandwiches and especially good for a tomato sandwich. I’ve been eating the Millet Special bread for over 10 years –and I can’t say enough about how wonderful and tasty it is. 10 years ago, I could only find it in one health food store in NYC (thanks, Westerly!). But now it’s also at Mom’s Organic Market, where I get it now, AND I order from your online store as well. It’s hands-down the best tasting gluten free bread I’ve ever had.
