It is also a good source of vitamins and minerals, including folic acid, zinc, and iron. DeLand Bakery uses millet flour we mill in house in many of our favorite bread varieties.

Although the Bakery has grown over the years, we are still family owned and operated, we mill our our own millet flour, chop our raw ingredients, and keep our own bee hives for the honey we use in our recipes. We take pride in our mission of providing nutritious baked goods, using simple wholesome ingredients, and supporting individuals who have allergies and dietary restrictions.
