Starting as a small pastry shop in downtown DeLand, FL we have grown to a 42,000+ sq ft bakery that also includes a healthy grocery store and restaurant. We share our all-natural, organic, vegan, and specialty baked goods across North America and the Caribbean.

DeLand’s difference is we take the time to bake it right
Though it is a large operation, we still keep the simplicity and care of a small bakery. We still mill our own millet flour, except now it’s several hundred pounds at a time. For our zucchini bread, we use actual zucchini, not the powder, and someone on the team grinds in it a large processor. To add the purest natural sweetener we use honey from our own 4,000+ bee hives in central Florida.
