I must praise Deland for this chocolately moist goodness! You cannot even tell that it is gluten free! I have been enjoying these for quite sometime and have fooled everyone who has tried them. Absolutely delicious. I appreciate evaporated can juice being used and would like to see them go down the Erythitol, Xylitol or stevia path someday? Besides having wheat intolerance, I have to stay away from big bad sugar as well. Again, you won’t be disappointed with this purchase!
